Happy Memorial Day! I hope you had a fabulous weekend and enjoyed the added bonus of an extra day off! I have a quick post for you featuring a sketch from iSpy Sketches. I wish I could say I love the way this card came together…….but I was told not to tell lies! LOL I was messing with my SU water colored Pencils and this is what I came up with. I actually drew the flower..it’s not a stamp. I am going to try this technique again after some much needed practice! Did I mention though I do love the sketch as I always do. You still have plenty of time to join us at iSpy!! Please won’t you!!!
Have a great week my friends,
Freshly Made…literally

Hello Stampers, Happy Sunday! I snuck away to the studio today and made this card for the Sketch Challenge #36 over at Freshly Made. I love the DP and I think the added hearts work well with it! The decorative stem is made with my Cricut! I have an after wedding celebration coming up next month and think it will be just perfect!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend,
Congrats grad

Here are the final 2 cards that I made last weekend and they are for a Sketch Challenge over at Retro Sketches. LOVE, LOVE this challenge blog! The first card is for a school teacher’s retirement, and the other card is made for a friend of mine who recently lost her father.
I am excited to have a 3 day weekend ahead of me and hope to have some time to be
creative again, along with some family time of course!
Hope you enjoy your weekend too, and thanks for checking in!

I have a real simple card today using one of my favorite MS punches, as I have stated before I can’t stop using it! Unfortunately, I can’t take credit for the bouquet idea (it’s brilliant), I saw it on Pinterest, but I am pretty happy with the outcome. I made this card for 2 different challenges. The 1st one is for a color challenge at CR84FN, and the 2nd one is for Casual Fridays Challenge to use punches. If you have never visited either of these sites, I encourage you to do so….they are both GREAT and always intrigue me!
Happy Stamping,

I had a great day in the studio and managed to make 6 cards for 6 different challenges around the globe. But the card I am posting today is for Freshly Made Sketch #35 challenge. I love to make cards that incorporate 3 panels and this one does just that. I can’t stop making my paper flowers with my MS punch and they are on just about everything I create now. HELP! I’m addicted! The sentiment is from Verve Stamps, the DP I have had FOREVER and the Cuttlebug folder is one of my FAVS!
Have a great week and hope you find some time to be creative !
