Hello, I have a very quick card for you today that is for our Color Week at Just Us Girls. I got out one of my favorite Stampin Up sets called Painted Harvest to begin my card. I haven’t had this set very long and I haven’t quite mastered the placement of the flowers, but I will get it eventually. I hope! LOL The sentiment is from SU as well.
I sure hope these colors will speak to you and you will consider joining us this week at JUGS! Nanc’

I love this color combo and how you have used it on these flowers. I think you have mastered that stamp. Love the variation of color on the petals, and the centers. Great idea to repeat the dots on the background. This is a lovely card, so sorry that you needed a sympathy card. When sent, it will be appreciated.

Your flowers look berry nice, Nancy. Sorry, I couldn’t resist. 😉 The kraft centers are perfect with the berry colored blossoms and the design arrangement looks wonderful.

WHAT? I think your flowers are both arsty and artfully arranged to create an eye-catching abstract background! I agree with Barb: you’ve mastered the stamp and, hopefully, we’ll see you use it more often! It’s timeless and with a change of colour and sentiment…oh, the variety of cards you could create!. I’m sorry you’re in need of a sympathy card; this one is sure to lift spirits….

Just left a comment but it appears to have disappeared! Let’s try again: I think you’ve created an artsy, eye-catching, abstract background using these flowers; they’re beautiful and appear to be timeless. With a change of colour and sentiment, this set could cover a variety of card-making occasions. I’m sorry you’re in need of a sympathy card; this one is sure to lift spirits…

Well this is just perfect for the challenge, I love how you have used those colors. I have that stamp set and have yet to get it inky. Along with a lot of other sets, I might add. I really like your design, especially the two stitched squares showcasing the greeting. Awesome card!

We made a card with that stamp some time ago at class and I FAILED big time. Mine was a complete mess. You have created a beautiful card here Nancy – especially in the gorgeous colours this week. PS Hope your Dad is feeling better.
