Hello, Have we got a popular and fun challenge for you today over at Just Us Girls! Slimline cards are all the rage lately and I must say I am a fan. I had a great time making my colorful coffee panel and was extremely happy with how it came out. I am not a huge fan of how the rest of the card came together but it’s okay. Hubby said I screwed up with the vertical green banner die. I didn’t tell him I agreed. 😉 Most all of my supplies are from Verve. One of my favorite sets for sure. Even the heart die is Verve. I used the emboss resist technique with Oxide Inks to blend my panel. Below is the panel before I covered it.

What a wonderful card! I am a huge Verve fan and still use my sets frequently, this definitely a favorite! The ink blended panel couldn’t be prettier, and I love the entire layout. Thanks for a huge Saturday smile as I enjoy my coffee!

What an amazing background using the resist technique! I love the composition of the layers creating your focal point on this perfect slimline card.

Your blended background is so soft and pretty! I couldn’t find anything wrong with the green banner. This is a lovely card all around!
