A Note to Say…

Hello Friends, Hope this post finds you well and enjoying cooler temperatures wherever you live. We have yet to turn cooler, but I have hopes that it will happen soon. Today it’s Word Week over at Just Us Girls and Sue has chosen the word LIGHT.  The first light I thought of was sunlight and that’s how this card evolved. A little post-it note masking with my Oxide inks, some silhouette stamping, and some white heat embossing and I was done.

I sure hope you will join us in our gallery at JUGS. Speaking of joining us…we have a new Guest with us this week, her name is Karola Rehnström.  We are glad you are here and hope you enjoy your time with us.   Take care’ Nanc’

Card Details: Oxide Inks, Boat-Verve, Palm Tree-Kitchen Sink Stamps, Sentiment-Verve, Bird-MemoryBox

  1. That is a lovely scene and you captured the sunlight wonderfully.

  2. When i first saw this card from you, I thought of the light after the storm. After the terrible hurricane Irma hit the Florida coast, where you live, the first light and calm must have been wonderful. Glad that it is over.

  3. Your color choices are so serene and gorgeous! I really love your take on the challenge! Gorgeous!

  4. So pretty. Love the scene you created and the lovely colors.
Have a great weekend my friend.

  5. What a calm and serene scene, Nancy. Not at all what you’ve been going through lately but just what you need to center yourself.
